We purchased our Tour Pass and picked our featured tours. All of our tours were very interesting and professionally done. Tour Pass was easy to use and they responded to our needs when one of our tours were canceled due to weather and we were able to book another tour very quickly. The standard options were also very easy to use. Overall, it was a great trip due to having our Tour Pass. Thanks
It was good. We purchased the 3-day pass. My advice to those who are wanting to buy a Tour Pass is to really plan your time well as it takes a lot of time to visit some of these sites. I learned early that some places were closed on Monday and some on Tuesday. (that maybe seasonal not sure) Also take your America the Beautiful Pass to get into Ft. Moultrie for free. Not sure we saved any money esp once I found out that there were discounts for military or senior. We did enjoy our bus tour even with the guy talking very fast. :) I suggest to take that tour first so you get oriented on where everything is located downtown. I also suggest that you go to the visitor center and get a map. Our time at Ft Sumter was only 40 minutes off the boat which definitely was not enough time to see everything. Dress warm for Ft. Sumter it was very cool and windy the day we went (March). The best part is we did not have to worry about paying to go into each location; we just showed our Tour Pass on our phone. The app that they had for locations, etc was very valuable. I have to add that I called their office and did talk to someone about some concerns and they were extremely helpful.
Absolutely worth the money! Great selection of both featured and standard attractions! Would definitely purchase again!
My family recently visited Charleston and the Tour Pass was the way to go! We chose the Carriage Ride, an absolute must! The Walking Ghost Tour was creepy for sure, but very entertaining and Fort Sumter was pretty cool also. We loved taking advantage of the Standard Features as well, enjoying free donuts and dole whip and the Fun Park was a highlight of the trip as well. The merchants were very friendly and happy to honor our pass. I wouldn’t go to Charleston again without taking advantage of the TourPass. 10 out 10!

Purchased the TourPass online in advance of our trip. We selected a two day pass which included 3 premium selections and as many standard selections we could fit in.
Slick, slick, slick! The premium tours tell you how many spots are available which made it easy to know if you have time to choose or pick right away. Once selected you just go at the appointed time and tell the provider you are using tourpass. Your name is on their list! Worked flawlessly!
The Standard tours is just as simple. You go, tell them you have tourpass, you click a button, the provider gives you a code which you type in and click submitt. That's it! Enjoy!
This system works great and is a savings. Makes scheduling your vist EZPZ!

I was very impressed with both the Horse drawn carriage tour and the Hop on Hop off Trolley on March 30th Every driver of the Trolly was knowledgeable and presentation of the narrative tour was well done.

The pass offered a lot of places to see but you do need to use a lot of them to get your money's worth. The app was easy to use - both to make reservations and also to check in for a tour. Problem was, since this appears to be a third party app, if you have problems with a tour, it would be too difficult to arrange for another date. I had booked A Walk Through Midnight tour but the tour guide did not show at the appointed place. I found another couple waiting for the same tour. We tried calling the number in the app but it did not do any good. It was an answering service. Trying to call Tourpass didn't do any good either as I cannot reschedule as I was leaving early the next day.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are always available via phone (or you can text us for support at anytime) - we don't see any missed calls from your number in our system. We do see that you checked into 12 tours over 3 days which would have costed you $60 per person more than you paid with TourPass. We appreciate the 4-star review and will address any ongoing issues with the walking tour vendor.

Bought this pass to make the most of our time in Charleston. It was super easy to use and allowed us to quickly access all the sites we wanted to see - as well as a few we wouldn’t have done if it hadn’t been for the pass. Great value and I highly recommend.

Tour Pass is a good deal Had a problem with one vender that double scanned our pass and used up one of our tours. Contacted Tour Pass and explained the problem and corrected it immediately

The only tour pass for the city of Charleston see as many sites as you want of the course of the amount of days you select.

We toured Savannah February 24-March 2 and the Tour Pass was a worthwhile expenditure! We saved a bundle and visited many sites and venues that we probably wouldn’t have with the pass.

It was so cold the day we went that we didn't get to take full advantage of the pass. But it would have been awesome if the weather had been better.

It stated on the site to cancel a choice to just go back and choose cancel but you can not on the trolley. The pass cost me over $500 for 3 people for 2 days and I could have done the same items for $200. A far as working it was great. Very easy to use and quick.
Thanks for the review. We most certainly do not make false claims. Integrity and transparency are what we are all about. We do mention on the app that you cannot cancel a tour within 48 hours of the tour departure time. That’s a generally accepted standard in the tour business.
Initially, I had some amount of distrust ordering on line. Worried that tickets would not come through, etc. Mathematically pre calculated if TourPass could offer savings compared to purchasing admission tickets individually. TourPass certainly did! To get the most out of our day, I planned an aggressive itinerary. We even brought sandwiches for lunch, so as not to waste a minute. We were able to get in 6 standard tours and one featured! Our second featured tour on Red Boat was cancelled. TourPass promptly refunded this amount on my credit card. No hassle, no worries! We did the1 day St Augustine pass. The featured Trolley Tour was outstanding, as were standard tours The Oldest Store and Jail. If I ever get to Savanah or Charleston will definitely go with TourPass. They did a great job of covering St Augustine’s highlights. Their app was user friendly and showed proximity of nearby attractions, saving steps and time. Everything was so easy. It’s not often one has such a positive experience. TourPass offers value and demonstrated integrity. You can trust them.

Very easy to start the tour at trolley beginning. Took a little learning how to bring up the ticket. One attraction that app said I had already used it but the lady said no problem and let us in. I did accidentally buy the wrong day but support fixed it easily.
