You read that correctly…..you can visit as many Standard Tours as you wish on the days that your pass is active. If you purchase a 3 day pass, you can visit as many as you want for 3 days.

Reservations + Selecting Tours: Immediately after selecting and purchasing a pass, you will be sent a text message with easy app install instructions. Reservations, tour selections and pass activations are all done after purchasing on the app. Standard Tours do not require reservations. Simply show your pass upon arrival and you’re in!

Transportation to Tours: Is not included unless you select the Hop On Hop Off Trolley tour. The majority of tours are located in the Historic District (see tour location map below) therefore a vehicle is not required.

You can skip days with multi-day passes. You have a 10-day window from your pass activation date to use your days.

For example if you set the activation date for Monday, visit tours then that will be counted as day #1…..you decide to not tour on Tuesday and then check-into tours on Wednesday….then Wednesday will be day #2. 

Yes. We do not limit how many feature tours you can visit in a day. We do limit how many total feature tours you can visit which depends on the # of day pass you purchase.

Yes you can however each day you use the trolley counts as using 1 of your feature tours. St. Augustine’s historic district is fairly compact and if you’re able to walk then you should be fine.

There is never a bad time to visit St. Augustine, however it is much more hot and humid in the summer season of course.

Most consider spring (March – May) and fall seasons (September – November) to be the best because of the more temperate climate.

You can certainly visit a handful of St. Augustine’s famous sites in 1-day, however the general consensus is that a minimum 2-3-days is the optimal time to really experience the city.

Yes St. Augustine is a very walkable city. We recommend parking at the historic parking garage near the Visitors Center. From there you can walk and see the majority of the historic district.

Yes, St. Augustine is known as a safe city. The historic district is very safe along with the area beaches. As in every metropolitan area there are areas that are not recommended for Visitors, however you would have no reason to visit since attractions and hotels are not located in those area. 

It’s always best to be “street-smart” and be aware of your surroundings no matter where you are in an unfamiliar city. Don’t get overly intoxicated or walk alone at night and ask hotel staff of areas to avoid if concerns persist.

Not necessarily since downtown St. Augustine has a paid hop on hop off trolley. The historic area is very compact. If you park at the historic Visitor Center Garage, you can simply walk to most of the sites.

St. Augustine does have Uber and Lyft service as well.

St. Augustine isn’t more or less expensive than most other popular tourist destinations such as Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head or Savannah.
