Savings Are Not A Guarantee
It’s true that you can save a bundle of money using our Max Passes if you visit multiple tours/attractions per day. Examples can be found on our savings example page. By purchasing a TourPass you recognize that TourPass is not in control of what you visit and how aggressively or well you plan out your day and other things beyond the control of TourPass. We give Customer’s the tools to save money, that’s our main goal. Many Customers purchase TourPass for the convenience of not having to research what to do, quick check-in, making instant reservations and many other functions found within our app. The goal of TourPass is to provide value in both convenience and savings, however many people purchase a pass mainly for convenience purposes. We will not refund or partially refund your pass purchase amount because you spend more on a pass than you would have without a pass.

Force Majeure
If the City or State is closed or shut-down in whole or in part due to a Force Majeure event, you will not be entitled to a refund unless your conditions are met under our refund policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Traveler Communications Group may issue, at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion, a partial or full refund of your Tour Pass Voucher, by accounting for, among other considerations, the extent and nature of the cancellation.
A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean an act of God, act of terrorism, health or viral pandemic, flood, hurricane, tsunami or other natural disaster, war, strike or other labour condition or dispute, an order or injunction of any court or administrative body or any other act of public authority, severe weather threatening the safety of attendees or similar contingency or unexpected event, and any such occurrence beyond the reasonable control of Tour Pass. You understand that in all instances, the maximum remedy you may receive for the cancellation of any part of the Voucher, if any, will be the face value of Your Voucher, excluding all fees and/or service charges paid by You in connection with the purchase of Your Voucher.
