Once I purchase a pass, will I have to pay anything additionally? No, TourPass includes 100% full admission and any applicable taxes. TourPass does not cover parking or transportation to and from tours (unless you select a Feature Tour with transport).

Are there tour blackout dates or times? No, the tours we provide have zero restrictions and are the same as buying direct from the tour companies.

What’s the difference between Signature and Classic Tours (view tour categories above)? Signature tours are more expensive and are typically timed tours that require reservations on the TourPass pass app you receive after purchase. Classic tours do not require reservations, visit as many as you want 1x. Simply show your pass at the gate for entry.

How many tours can I visit? All passes includes two types of tours: Signature and Classic. 

Classic Tours: Visit as many as you want 1x – no limit.

Signature Tours: The number you can visit depends on the length of your pass: 1-Day = 2 Signature, 2-Day = 3 Signature, 3 Days = 4 Signature.

Do I have to choose tours and my pass activation date before I purchase? Not at all. Your pass offers complete flexibility. You can secure your itinerary immediately after purchase via our mobile pass/app you’ll receive after purchase, or decide as you go.

How and when will I receive my pass? Immediately after purchase we’ll send you both an email and text with easy instructions to use our mobile pass.

If I have multiple people, do I need more than one pass? Our pricing is always per person. For example: If a 1-Day Adult Pass per adult is $107, for two adults it would be $214 ($107 x 2). When making reservations it will be for 2 people under the purchaser’s name. You can share your pass with others in the group. For groups larger than 20, please visit our Group Sales page.

How are days counted (calendar day or 24-hour period)? Days are counted per calendar day. It’s best to begin your pass earlier in the day if possible.

Should I make tour reservations in advance? We recommend that after purchasing a pass that you secure tour reservations a few weeks prior to visiting. You can check tour availability prior to purchasing.

What is required to check into tours and attractions? For Signature Tours you simply tell them your name if you made a reservation upon arrival. For Classic Tours, show your pass at the ticket window during their operating hours and they’ll quickly validate your visit.

Can I visit a tour/attraction more than 1x? You can visit Signature Tours more than 1x, however doing so will use another Signature Tour reservation. Classic Tours can be visited 1x in total.

Can I visit more than 1 Signature Tour per day? Absolutely you can as long as the total number of Signature Tours allowed hasn’t been exceeded.

If our group buys one pass can we split up and visit different tours at different times? Yes, you can. Multiple groups can have the same mobile pass on their devices checking into different tours.

Do you have any additional discounts? Since TourPass is already significantly discounted over retail tour prices, we are unable to discount additionally.

Can I upgrade my pass after purchasing? Yes you can. On the mobile pass after purchase you can add more days or people. It’s simply the price difference – no hidden fees to upgrade.
