Your pass is valid for the number of days you choose (1 to 5 days). You decide when to start, and you don’t have to plan it all at once.
1-Day Pass: Enjoy your two included Feature Tours plus any Standard Tours in one day. (You won’t have time for all 40+ attractions, so we recommend picking a few must-sees.)
Multi-Day Passes (2–5 Days): Take your time! You’ll have a 10-day window to use your pass days.
For example: Use Day 1 on Monday, Day 2 on Wednesday, and Day 3 on Saturday if you wish.
Whether you’re a go-all-day type or prefer a slower pace, TourPass works around your plans—not the other way around.
Helpful FAQ's
Once I purchase a pass, will I have to pay anything additionally? No, TourPass includes 100% full admission and any applicable taxes. TourPass does not cover parking or transportation to and from tours (unless you select a Feature Tour with transport).
Do I have to choose tours and my pass activation date before I purchase? No, all tour selections and pass activation dates are managed on our mobile pass you’ll receive instantly after purchase.
How and when will I receive my pass? Immediately after purchase we’ll send you both an email and text with easy instructions to use our mobile pass.
How are days counted (calendar day or 24-hour period)? Days are counted per calendar day. It’s best to begin your pass earlier in the day if possible.
Should I make tour reservations in advance? We recommend that after purchasing a pass that you secure tour reservations a few weeks prior to visiting. You can check tour availability prior to purchasing.
What is required to check into tours and attractions? For Feature Tours you simply tell them your name if you made a reservation upon arrival. For Standard Tours, show your pass at the ticket window and they’ll quickly validate your visit.
Can I visit a tour/attraction more than 1x? You can visit Feature Tours more than 1x, however doing so will use another Feature Tour reservation. Standard Tours can be visited 1x.
Can I visit more than 1 Feature Tour per day? Absolutely you can as long as the total number of Feature Tours allowed hasn’t been exceeded.
How many people can be on one pass? You can add up to 20 people on one pass. Each person has to be paid. Start the checkout process to see how it works.
If our group buys one pass can we split up and visit different tours at different times? Yes, you can. Multiple groups can have the same mobile pass on their devices checking into different tours.
Do you have any additional discounts? Since TourPass is already significantly discounted over retail tour prices we are unable to discount additionally.
What’s the 30-day risk-free guarantee? We give you complimentary refund protection for 30-days after purchasing. If you’d like to extend protection for up to 1 year, you can purchase additional protection during checkout.
Can I upgrade my pass after purchasing? Yes you can. On the mobile pass after purchase you can add more days or people. It’s simply the price difference – no hidden fees to upgrade.
